A unique mix of skill creates a TEAM enabled to model solutions that encompass the broadest range of regional and global dynamics.  With over 35 years experience in the Insurance and Information Technology Industries, Michael leads in defining the business direction for TANNIN’s consulting and solution initiatives.  Michael has worked with a number of leading software providers where he has taken a leading role in identifying business need and translating that into system requirements and ultimately application solutions.     Adopting business process modeling methodologies, Michael has modified them to facilitate business requirements identification, confirmation, and visualization to solution mapping.    The final element is to take this detailed picture and using agile development principles realize the final solution.  He has led a number of Industry Roundtables at the ACE-TechDec conferences discussing the balance between Claims Processing and Technology.  Prior to moving into the software and consulting arena Michael was President/Equity Partner of a midsize Insurance Agency.  He also designed, developed and implemented their agency management system during his 12 year tenure. Michael’s other experience includes Carrier based P&C solutions design through to implementation, including role out of policy lifecycle Rules Based Processing.
